The original Green Mill restaurant in St. Paul Minnesota is both geographically and emotionally at the heart of it all. We plan to expand the Green Mill brand into prime markets throughout the upper Midwest including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska.
Our ideal franchisee will have a strong business acumen and track record, an established net worth, and a passion for developing and operating the proven Green Mill concept.

To maintain and protect the Green Mill brand, the same tools, processes and procedures used to create our successful brand are leveraged across the franchise family. Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
The FDD is the Green Mill disclosure statement that covers such items as the Franchisor’s obligations, the Franchisee’s obligations, territory boundaries, and initial and ongoing fees to be paid.
Timeline and Terms
The timeline and terms will be agreed upon and franchise documents prepared for your review. A date will be set for the official signing of agreements.
